Keltic operates with the TMW Suite Operations System. This provides us with order entry, dispatch, and planning capabilities. Each of our trucks is equipped with Shaw Tracking satellite units. This allows for instant communication with our drivers. Our Trailers are equipped with GPS Tracking Units that that enable us to track them in real-time. We have also implemented the Microdea imaging software system. This imaging system gives customers the ability to retrieve documents such as proof of deliveries via our website. In addition, we can provide clients with E-STAT capability for online customer interaction and reports. Information that customers benefit from to better understand their business such as volumes, on time pick-up and delivery performance, claims information, etc., is available via E-STAT through Keltic’s website.
